"Do not book the Studio room! Upgrade to the Villa or don’t stay here. The Studio rooms are barely bigger than a prison cell and are nowhere near 5 star hotel quality. The property is neat and the staff are so nice. Just don’t book the Studio rooms. "

Left out a bike. So helpful. Room was so cosy and clean. Pool and Sauna facilities are such a great bonus. Reasonably priced and felt like it was incredibly good value. "Quick checkin tidy clean quiet"

"Haven't been to the Arts Factory for quite a few years now. Love the place, its uniqueness in the vanilla of the modern Byron Bay, as well as its proximity to beaches, town etc. The staff were a mixed bunch, the lady that checked me was awesome, friendly, competent and welcoming.Other staff were a mixed bunch with some having little interest and others being somewhat rude. "Victoria is a wonderful host. Her accommodation is luxurious, comfortable and pristine. She thinks of everything to help her customers feel instantly welcome.
